Mukesh changed my both furnaces,couple years ago.very reasonable price and best service I could get.Last week during the cold storm, I had problem with one furnace,I called Mukesh,right away he sent a technician,a very professional person fixed the problem.when I asked for the bill,he told me that it is covered by warranty. I was very happy with the job. I have no problem to recommend him because during cold weather most of the guys don’t even bother to pick up the phone but Alberta Heating,not only solve the problem but in time.Thanks Mukesh for your service.
This is the second time I’ve used Alberta Heating. Their customer service is amazing. The furnace went down at my rental property. I called Alberta Heating at 10:00 PM, and by 11:30, they had already arrived, assessed the issue, provided me with a cost which was extremely reasonable, and made the repair. And because I allowed them to make the repair, they didn’t charge extra for the late night visit. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them. Mack, the technician was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He really provided a great customer experience.
My furnace stopped working Saturday morning so my husband called around since we haven’t found any good reliable company, we came across them and they said they’d be at my place in half an hour which they were. The service was was great Paul explained everything and was quick and efficient. We will definitely be using this company again for all our furnace needs and for it being an after hours call pricing was decent.
Thank goodness for Alberta Heating! They helped me out twice recently with 2 separate issues on my old furnace. The first issue was just a sensor, but the second issue was my furnace fan burning out at 9pm on a cold February night. That means no heat. They offered to come at 10pm to replace it. How amazing is that! It is usually same day or next day service at great prices and with a smile. I have used them 3 times now and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing furnace repairs. They will be back to do a furnace and duct cleaning in the spring. Happy to support and recommend this local small business.
